UNISOC SC9863A
Der Unisoc SC9863A (früher Spreadtrum) ist ein Einstiegs-SoC für Android basierende Geräte (meist Smartphones). Er integriert 8 kleine ARM Cortex-A55 Kerne (Octa-Core) in zwei Clustern mit jeweils maximal 1,6 GHz (Performance) und 1,2 GHz (zum Stromsparen). Weiters integriert der SoC noch ein LTE modem (TDD-LTE/FDD-LTE/TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/GGE), eine IMG8322 GPU von PowerVR und 1080p Video Support.
